    Syria aid mission stalls amid talks deadlock

    There's no aid getting into the Syrian city of Homs, and there's no sign of progress at peace talks in Switzerland.
    Even a proposed UN resolution on getting supplies into Syria looks likely to fail.
    And while there's no breakthrough on those three fronts, there are more reports of bombs being dropped on the city of Aleppo.
