My regular AskMen readers are probably familiar with my laws of fitness and nutrition. As it turns out, many of these laws work not just in helping people improve their lives physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. For example, let's take Law 2: Find Your Purpose. Finding the purpose I mentioned above was a mental exercise, but it proved an inspiration for me to continue improving myself physically. And fulfilling that purpose does wonders for my emotional state.
