February 6 is the International Day of Zero Tolerance to Female Genital Mutilation (FGM) or female circumcision. Across the world an estimated 140 million women are said to be affected by such mutilations and a further 3 million girls continue to be at risk each year. Today we report from Kenya - where it's illegal, but the custom remains key to the culture of many communities. A practice considered harmful by the World health Organization.
