An 11-year-old boy in Pennsylvania landed in serious trouble after allegedly bringing a beer filled water bottle to school.
There are some kids who have a knack for getting into things that are off limits, despite a clear understanding between right and wrong. An 11-year-old boy in Pennsylvania landed in serious trouble after allegedly bringing a beer filled water bottle to school.
The incident occurred at the Schuylkill County School’s Intermediate Unit 29 on Maple Avenue, which is where an alternative campus is set up for hard-to-teach students.
The child was taken into police custody at the beginning of the day after authorities made the discovery. Although an investigation into the case is ongoing, a police spokesperson Vincent A. LaSelva, claimed charges are inevitable.
The boy will have to appear in court for “underage possession or consumption of a brewed beverage.” It’s suspected the case will be handed over to the juvenile court.
If the boy received a suspension or was allowed to continue attending the school was not immediately clear. It also remains unknown where or who the underage boy obtained the alcohol from.
