Washington State congresswoman delivers GOP response to State of the Union Address

Five-term congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers of Washington State delivered the official Republican response to the President's State of the Union address.
The top-ranking woman in the Republican congressional leaderships says Obamacare is bad for the country and criticized the President's policies which she said spend too much money, and involve too many taxes and not enough jobs.
(SOUNDBITE) REP. CATHY MCMORRIS RODGERS (R-WA) SAYING:
"This law is not working. Republicans believe healthcare decisions should be yours, not the governments, and that whether you are a boy with Downs Syndrome or a woman with breast cancer, you can find coverage and a doctor who will treat you.
