LADY GAGA Threatens to Sue Sexy Jeans Manufacturer Using her Name

Lady Gaga's reportedly threatening legal action against a designer who is making 'sexitized easy access' jeans called 'Gagajeans.' As John Basedow (@JohnBasedow) reports, designer Philip Scott says he filed a trademark request, but the 'Applause' singer's team fired back at him demanding he 'cease and desist' all production on an jeans bearing Lady Gaga's name.
