Prosecutors have filed murder charges against a Purdue University student in the shooting of a fellow student in a classroom. The Tippecanoe County prosecutor's office filed the charges Thursday against 23-year-old Cody Cousins shortly before a scheduled initial court hearing. The court documents say 21-year-old Andrew Boldt of West Bend, Wis., suffered both gunshot and knife wounds when he was fatally attacked Tuesday in Purdue's Electrical Engineering Building. Police say an officer spotted Cousins with blood on his hands and clothes soon after the attack and arrested him without incident.
Justin Bieber didn't own the yellow Lamborghini he was drag racing in Miami, nor was he paying to rent it. No, he's not going to have theft charges on top of that DUI. Both the car Justin was driving and the red Ferrari he was racing were "on loan" to the singer and his friends, a source tells E! News exclusively. The high-end cars both belong to Lou La Vie, a luxury car rental company based in Miami. Since Thursday morning's incident, both vehicles have reportedly been returned to the dealership. Cars like those Justin and Khalil were driving typically cost anywhere between $1,500 and $1,800 per day.
Suge Knight decided to stroll into a courthouse Thursday to make things right after an angry judge issued an arrest warrant because he blew off court earlier in the week. Suge appeared to cop a plea for driving with a revoked license. He got 24 months probation and a small fine. But get this, Suge was arrested in the license case because they realized he had an outstanding warrant for not showing up in court on another case.
