I agree - they were just great. As a matter of interest: I have just uploaded a Hoagy Carmichael film which includes dancing by Dorothy Dandridge, a year before she married Harold Nicholas.

Didn't realize Fayard had left us too. These guys had fun performing. They just got better with age but their early performances were certainly more fun.

Alas Fayard died on January 24th 2006. Interesting to know is that from 1942 to 1950 Harold Nicholas had a very stormy marriage with Dorothy Dandridge.

Harold, the little guy, was 14 yrs old and Fayard was 21. Their career spanned 60 years. Fayard still lives as of 2007.
