Kelly Moseley, 37, had been trying for a baby since 2002 when she married husband Alan. Despite 18 miscarriages at eight weeks and losing two baby boys at five months, she refused to give up, even though all her family and friends begged her to stop. But all that changed when Kelly saw Mr Hassan Shehata, the Joint Clinical Director of women and children's services for Epsom & St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust and expert in recurrent miscarriages, interviewed on television, discussing the case of a new mum who had given birth to a healthy baby girl after suffering 18 miscarriages.
