Security remains on high alert outside a popular restaurant in Kabul.

It was Friday at this Lebanese restaurant where a suicide bomb and gun attack killed at least 21 people, including 13 foreigners.

A spokesman from the Interior Ministry called the assailants terrorists.

The U.S., Britain and Canada each lost two citizens in the attack.

Four United Nations staff members and the International Monetary Fund's top representative in Afghanistan were also killed.
