Another of me playing the fine 2 manual Compton pipe organ at St Nicholas Church in the village of Burton, Cheshire.
Im playing another hymn out of the new Methodist hymn book 'Singing the faith'. Its called 'Come, Lord, be our guest' and the lovely tune is called 'Dietwein'. The effective Tromba reed stop can be heard in solo form in the second verse.
Many thanks to Reverend Cathy Helm for allowing me access to this fine instrument - another product of the John Compton Organ Company Ltd now seen and played!
NOTE: this is purely my interest in order to make sure that these fine organs are archived forever and I do not make any monetary profit by this video being on youtube.

REQUEST: I am always on the lookout for Compton organs to play - particularly electrones - so if you know of any churches which still have these then please do let me know. I will happily give a donation or pay any applicable room hire charge.
