Harley Pasternak, celebrity fitness trainer and author of "The Body Reset Diet," has teamed up with the Hass Avocado Board (HAB) to offer up healthy living inspirations, and to encourage consumers to love avocados and enjoy them every day.
Pasternak is no stranger to the task of balancing nutrition and fitness. He works with a star-studded array of celebrities who are looking for motivation to help them stay in shape and make better eating choices.
