Trapped coal miners in China rescued

Twenty-one workers trapped in a coal mine in eastern China are lifted to safety.
The ceiling of a mine in Huainan city collapsed at around 10 a.m. (0200 GMT) on Tuesday when miners were working 900 metres underground.
One miner was killed, while the rest were pulled to the surface, in a rescue effort that took about nine hours.
The survivors were all in good condition.
Although the death toll from accidents has fallen, China's coal mines are the deadliest in the world because of poor safety.
The government plans to shut down about 2,000 small coal mines by next year.
