Amanda Bynes isn't satisfied with her acting and Twitter fame, she's reportedly making a rap album with rapper Waka Flocka Flame. As John Basedow reports, TMZ says Waka is in talks with Amanda to join his label, Brick Squad Monopoly Records, and he's already hired people to write songs, some of which he'll be rapping on.
