Title Boxing Club Jupiter, located at the intersection of Indiantown Rd. and Central Blvd. Near the Winn Dixie. We are right off I -95.
We are a fitness club that has group classes using Boxing and kick boxing techniques to work out every muscle in your body and burn up to 1,000 calories. We have implemented the work out of boxers, which they have been doing forever. We call this the POWER HOUR. We have 6 Power Hour classes daily.
During the Power Hour we have energizing music and a personal trainers to guide you through the class. Each Power Hour class begins with a 15 minute warm up, and then we put on the gloves for 8 – 3-minute rounds of punch and kick – punch combinations, with a 1-minute active rest in between rounds. During this time of interval training we target each muscle group.
After we complete 8 rounds, it is followed by core abdominal work, and cool down.
This truly is a full body workout; building cardio, muscle tone and stamina. It is perfect for all fitness levels and age groups, we have members from 12 to 75 years old. Each person has their own heavy bag and can pace themselves accordingly.
