Water Turns to Snow Mid-Air

Meteorologist Eric Holthaus decided that he wanted to test the theory that hot water could turn to snow mid-air if the temperature was low enough. Watch as he throws a small pot of boiling water into the -21°F chilled air, the result is spectacular.
