Toronto Mayor Rob Ford is taking another crack at the polls.
He has formally registered for the October mayoral election, saying he was the best mayor Toronto has ever had and would be re-elected.
The scandal-plagued mayor has made headlines by admitting to having smoked crack-cocaine (SOT), has been called out for his -quote- "drunken stupors" and recently danced to Bob Marley music in City Hall.
Ford was stripped of most of his mayoral duties in November, but even so, he bills himself as a champion of taxpayers and ordinary people.
A November poll showed 42 percent of Toronto voters approved of the job he has been doing, and 33 percent said they would vote for him again.
