New Zealanders were treated to fireworks from Auckland's Sky Tower overnight on Wednesday as they ushered in the New Year in style.
Bright colors erupted through the night sky over the city's harbor to ring in 2014.
Tens of thousands of residents and visitors to the city on the north island of New Zealand lined the waterfront to see the show, which was designed around the city's 328 meter tall Sky Tower.
Others watched from Mount Victoria at Devonport, on the other side of the harbor, or on the water on board a boat.
