    New York City becomes the newest place to restrict e-cigarettes to conventional cigarette regulations. In what is likely Mayor Bloomberg's last in-office stand against tobacco- the tobacco-free devices will no longer be legal in public places. Utah, New Jersey, and North Dakota have already passed similar laws.
