SECOND CLASS HEALTHCARE?: New Government Healthcare Does Not Include Top Hospitals

Americans signing up for Obamacare may not get access to some of the best hospitals in the country. The top cancer centers, Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York and MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, are off limits. Even Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles is excluded. It will be considered an ?out-of-pocket expense? for patients to seek treatment in those hospitals. Health care officials are worried that these patients will suffer in the long run.
