This p3 hCG Diet smoothie recipe is sugar free, very low in carbs (only 14 grams of carbs for the whole thing), and nut free and doesn't contain any fruit either. This is the perfect P3 hCG "dessert" "ice-cream" type recipe. I'm really digging carob lately, but you could use Chocolate of course too, and the Vanilla bean makes the whole thing to die for.
