    In New York City, like 130 other cities throughout the U-S, fast food workers went on strike in protest against low wages and bad working conditions. Thousands of people gathered in Foley Square, near the Federal Court House, to support the striking workers. Among them was Samumba Sobukwe, a leader of Occupy Wall Street and Occu-Evolve---a movement that studies the evolution of Occupy Wall Street protests.
