Lindsay Lohan is suing the Grand Theft Auto franchise for allegedly using her ?likeness? in a new character. The girl, featured on the game?s cover, must escape paparazzi and hangs out at the Chateau Marmont, much like real-life Lohan. It could just be a cry for attention, considering her recent semi-nude Instagram photos.
