Shot extensively in Mumbai, Goa and Thailand, the film is a thriller set against the backdrop of gambling. While Sachiin plays a Goan boy Francis, who wears his heart on his sleeve, Sunny plays Maya, a smart casino manager.
Both the actors has some steamy scenes in the film, and what further adds spice to the plot is the shades of grey to each character. There is an interesting cast, with Naseeruddin Shah in the picture too, where all of them have only one real goal, the jackpot, which is a briefcase with cash.
