Israeli settlements to grow after Iran deal

Palestinian leaders have condemned Israel's recent decision to build 800 new settlement homes in the occupied West Bank.

The announcement comes just days after the US helped broker an agreement on Iran's nuclear programme.

Israel had lobbied strongly against the deal, and some now fear that its approval means Israel is no longer constrained from expanding settlements.
