When day trading you have to figure out your "Trading Style". My style was not fit for trading the ES but there are tons of traders who make money everyday trading it. This video is about adapting and changing to different market conditions in order to help ensure my own success. For me, not trading the S&P 500 is the best way to be successful at it but you have to find out what works for YOU.
