If you're a fan of tight jeans, bar fights, and guilty pleasures from the 80's (and who isn't?), you may be interested to hear that MGM's "Road House" remake is actually happening, and we have news that a director's attached. According to The Wrap, Rob Cohen will helm the reboot of "Road House" -- the 1989 movie we all know and love where Patrick Swayze played a badass bouncer with a mysterious past. Cohen is best known for his work directing the first installment of the uber-successful "Fast and the Furious" franchise, the 2002 Vin Diesel action flick "XXX" and last year's "Alex Cross." But director aside, the real question is, does this camp classic even need a remake? Tell me how you're going to recreate some of the best bad dialogue ever written? And who could replace Patrick Swayze in the role of Dalton? Is nothing scared? Leave a comment below and let me know your thoughts on all of the above, and who you'd cast in the camp classic remake. I'm Erin Darling for Clevver Movies, thanks for tuning in.
