Yet in their statements they call Pakistani films to be their cheap copies. India is only a big movie maker because of its huge population, which is 5 time the size of Pakistan. even if a film flops, the producer gets his money back. In Pakistan the producers get bankrupt, so they can invest to a certain limit.
