"X Factor" duo Alex & Sierra stun with One Direction cover song as the Top 10 perform during British Invasion week! Hey guys this is ClevverMusic with your X CAP for the Top 10 performances of season 3. Simon Cowell could not be more happy about this week's X Factor theme: British Invasion. Any song from a British artist was fair game. Two contestants will go home this week, so the pressure was even greater. Kelly Rowland's team had excellent song choices with Jeff Gutt singing Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" and Lillie McCloud did a gorgeous rendition of "This Woman's Work" that had us in tears. But it was Simon Cowell's team that really stood out on the show. Check out Alex & Sierra doing a sexy acoustic version of One Direction's "Best Song Ever" on a wannabe London bridge.

Don't know why Simon doesn't look happier in that shot there, One Direction is his band and he chose that song- which we loved! The judges had mixed reactions: Kelly thought Alex was better than Sierra, Paulina didn't like it and Demi thought it was their best performance yet. Simon's other group Restless Road performed Coldplay's "Fiction" but the judges criticized them for being out of sync with each other. Over on Team Demi, the gals had a strong night. Khaya Cohen performed "Let It Be" but Paulina criticized her wardrobe, while Ellona Santiago sang and danced to Ellie Goulding's "Burn". With Rion Paige, we were literally in tears over her Elton John "Your Song" performance, here's a peek.

We think Elton would be proud of Rion! And lastly, Paulina's Boys had a great night. Tim Olstad showed a new side playing the piano to Elton John's "Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest World" which Demi deemed "Sexy!" and compared him to Robin Thicke. Carlito Olivera performed "I Can't Get No Satisfaction" and Josh Levi wowed with a dubstep version of "Sweet Dreams" you gotta check that out now.

Kelly Rowland said she's jealous she's not his mentor, and Demi compared him to Chris Brown. So all in all an interesting night of UK inspired performances. Tell us who you think is going home based on these songs. I'm Misty Kingma keep it here on ClevverMusic for more X Factor coverage ever single week!
