An Argentine photographer on Tuesday (November 19) gave verbal testimony before a judge accusing Justin Bieber's security guards of assault and theft.

Diego Pesoa, who works as a photographer at a nightclub, said that Bieber's guards assaulted him when he tried to take a picture of the pop star as he was leaving the club in the early hours of November 9.

SOUNDBITE: Diego Pesoa saying (Spanish):

"He (Bieber) gets there I leave him alone. I didn't try to take photos inside either, besides, it was impossible because he was surrounded by eight security guards. It was impossible to take pictures of him. So, when he he left, I tried to get him when he was leaving or in the car, and that's when the whole mess started."

Video of the incident filmed by an entertainment show website showed Pesoa apparently being chased across a street by men he says were acting as security guards to Bieber.

Bieber's publicists declined to comment on the allegations.
