Albert Rizzi and his guide dog were bound to Long Island from Philadelphia when he was kicked off the plane because his dog wouldn't sit still under the seat. Of course, the plane had sat on the tarmac for over 90 minutes at this point. The other passengers rallied behind Mr. Rizzi and all had to take the bus home.
