Typhoon affected areas run risk of disease spreading

Police and soldiers have been deployed around the typhoon affected areas in the Philippines. They are trying to restore law and order, after desperate people started to raid shops and dig up water pipes. Survivors are panicking because of the lack of food and water. Aid is beginning to trickle in, but health workers are now warning about the risk of disease. Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Tacloban.
