As evidence grows suggesting that global warming is accelerating, more climate change talks take place in Warsaw. Negotiators are still poles apart.

The COP19 climate change conference in Warsaw comes after last year’s talks saw little progress on a Green Climate Fund – aid from developed to developing countries.
