What is Stress? That's the first question and the only most question to be addressed before we begin this session.

Stress is simply a sort of mental tension about anything that you are thinking about too much, there could be a lot of reasons behind it.

I won't go in details myself rather I'd appreciate if you will make efforts to get a diary or anything to note down on while watching this session.
