BLACK CAT BONES - WHEN I SPEAK IT'S STRANGE

PRESENTED BY JULIAN

Modern-day storytellers, representing life through music in its most honest form. Their collective influences fused together in an audio diary made up of traditional, as well as modern Blues, Rock, Folk, and Country-inspired music, paying tribute to the founders of these classic genres while maintaining a strong modernized presence.
Description
With the release of their latest full length album Beatipiller, the Bones once again reinvented their sound. So, what if you're old school, and old school makes a comeback, and the sound that your grandfather rocked out to all of a sudden becomes new school? Does that then make you new school? Thing is, the music of The Black Cat Bones cannot be dated. It is as current as it is classic. The sound can be described as riff based new-school blues-rock, thick and radiating with hooks, searing solos and choral-like vocal harmonies that are complimented by tight, melodic rhythm work with loads of groove and forward-driving motion.

On stage is where they live, and by walking away with this year's MK 'Best Live Act' award, the Bones proved that through hard work and a never-say-die attitude success can be achieved. Ever consciously aware of their audience demographic, the band possess the unique ability to adapt their performance repertoire to cater for age groups ranging from sixteen to sixty, allowing them to broaden their playing field in such a manner that they're able to reach blues-lovers and head bangers alike.

Motivated and driven, but not governed by their accomplishments the members of the Black Cat Bones remain humble and respectful towards their peers and fans, and its clear that they are here to stay.
