Car Drives Down the Steps of Philadelphia Art Museum

Hugh Dillon was driving down Ben Franklin Parkway, Philadelphia, on his way home when he spotted something very odd outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art. As he stopped at a red traffic light it became obvious that something was completely out of place on the steps in front of the building. Hugh quickly grabbed his phone and began filming as he watched a car drive from the top of the steps, right down to the bottom. Credit: Hugh Dillon.
