A lost mural by Leonardo da Vinci has been found in an Italian castle. Da Vinci started the mural, trees etched among stone, while he was staying with the Duke of Milan in the 1400s. The Duke had commissioned the artist to paint the last supper for his family’s mausoleum. Curators poking around the castle found the lost mural with none knowing if it was complete due to the French occupation of Milan during Da Vinci’s time.
