Much to the dismay of clairvoyants, mediums and real estate agents everywhere, for under 12 dollars, a new website will do a document search and tell you if somebody died in the house in question.

Have you ever walked into a room and sensed that something wasn’t quite right? Perhaps you felt you were being watched.

Or maybe there was a persistent, cold draft, which everybody knows can only mean one thing – the place is haunted.

Much to the dismay of clairvoyants, mediums and real estate agents everywhere, for under 12 dollars, a new website will do a document search and tell you if somebody died in the house in question.

It’s called DiedInHouse.com and it’ll even give you the deceased’s name, allowing for further investigation into the specific circumstances surrounding their quite possibly untimely and violent demise.

According to the site’s founder, it was the difficulty of getting that kind of information that inspired him to put together the site.

One of his tenants inquired about the place being haunted, so in the process of digging for information he learned that there’s a whole lot about deaths in residential properties that doesn’t need to be disclosed legally by realtors.

After a year of work, the site is now able to scan millions of records and tell tenants or homeowners what really happened before they moved in.
