Elaan is a very interestingly conceptualized movie. Natha Singh is an operative of a Naxal gang. Along with Natha many political party and politicians joins the naxal group to fulfill their interests. This leads to corruption in the city. Meanwhile, the entry of Manoj Tiwari- an honest inspector and Rahul Roy- a common man gets together to deal with this grave problem. They try and break the nexus between the naxals and the politicians."
