Assad: Turkey will 'pay very dearly' for backing Syrian militants

Syrian President Bashar Al Assad has said that Turkey would pay deeply for harboring terrorist at its border with Syria. Turkey’s borders with Syria is 900 km long and according to the Turkish opposition the border is in control of the Al Qaeda linked militants currently waging war on the Syrian government. Assad in an interview with a Turkish opposition television network Halk called Turkish Prime Minister Raccip Tayyip Erdogan a"bigot" and accused Ankara of allowing terrorists to cross into Syria to attack its army and civilians.
