Andrew Hails of LAHWF teamed up with contact lens company Camo Eyes for his latest silly prank.

In his usual relaxed and awkward demeanor, Andrew walked up to passersby and simply told them he was high.

“High on life,” of course.

The reactions he receives range from smiles, to “I’m high too!”, to “Why are you talking to me?!”
