Police in Keelung, Taiwan busted a group of people who used to collect money using violent methods.

They ripped out one of the debtor's fingernails and threathened to burn her house. The debtor was so scared that she even tried to commit suicide. Police also found that the group blackmailed a bus company and got 23 million NT dollars. The group now have been charged with extortion, abandonment and participation in organized criminal group.
