Blood spills on the streets in northeastern Syria as at least nine are killed as a school comes under attack.

The city of Raqqa has been under rebel control since March but has faced ongoing air attacks from government forces.

The video which can not be independently verified comes as the death toll in Syria has already topped 100,000 and is expected to go higher.

Also Sunday UN weapons inspectors left their Damascus hotel as they continue their fact-finding mission.

Inspectors returned to Syria Tuesday to continue investigations into allegations of chemical weapons use.

They are due to complete their work in Syria Monday.

On Tuesday experts from the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons will begin inspecting Syria's stockpile of chemical weapons, under the terms of a deal struck this month which averted U.S. military action.
