    Recent statistics show that the security problems facing the Venezuelan capital the capital of may be due to the way the city was planned. Venezuela has the third highest murder rate in the world, with the morgue in Caracas struggling to catch up with the weekly workload. The citizens of the capital city are demanding change which may come in the form of a new approach to city planning. Alasdair Baverstock reports from Caracas.
