Taylor Swift made a surprise appearance on the red carpet Tuesday night (September 24), bringing major star power to the premiere of the latest take on the classic love story, "Romeo & Juliet." Swift, who showed up at the end of the red carpet arrivals, seemed to catch some of the media off guard. The singer-songwriter, who's said to be good friends with the film's star Hailee Steinfeld, though politely posed for photos before heading inside the ArcLight theater for the the screening. "Romeo & Juliet" stars Steinfeld and Douglas Booth in a classic remake of Shakespeare's epic love story.
