Like I said, I STILL haven't decided the 900 special yet, so if you have any ideas, please let me know. I'll try to decide something within the next week though.
The original was a song with graduation in mind (for 2011), so it's also perfect timing I did it this year March. Congrats to all those graduating in Japan this month!!
Many fans have suggested I do PIKO songs so I finally have the opportunity to try it...but damn it's really hard to sing so high lol. I'm not in the best position to talk about using a female singnig voice but damn that's high lol. But in the end, I'm not too happy with how it turn out...I'm sorry. I'm not sure I'll want to challenge another PIKO song for another long long time...

オリジナルの曲がもともと去年の卒業季節で出たので、このカバーもちょうど今年の３月に出るし。日本の卒業生の皆さんに、おめでとうございます！
ピコの曲がたくさんのファンにリクエストされたので、やっと機会あって歌ってみたんだが・・・キーがくそ高かったです。(苦笑) 女声で歌うのは僕もたまにあるけど、それなのに、高いよこれ。笑
さすがって感じ。正直、自分にもあまり満足できなかった録音でした・・・なんか色々すいません。暫くピコの曲から遠慮しときます・・・

Recording actually took 3 days. 1st day being that I finished 90% of it, hated it, and re-recorded most of the song on the 2nd day. Noting I probably redid the last chorus about...I don't know, like 50 times? and I'm still not satisfied with it...
I recorded all the harmonies on the 3rd day. I also rearranged the harmony for the song, where I tried using a breathy (super) high harmony in the intro and that turned out suprisingly good. I mixed it like I did with ABC songs (with minor changes) but actually that totally didn't work...orz
録音は三日間もかかりました。一日目は９０％も出来たけどあまり気に入らず、二日間目でほぼ全部録り直した。特に最後のサビ、たぶん５０回くらい歌ってた。それなのにまだ満足とは言えない・・・三日間目はハモリの録り。ハモリだけレアレンジしてみた。イントロのサビで超高いハモリを使ってみて、結構気に入った雰囲気でやってよかったと。ミックスはＡＢＣでよく使う方法(ちょっと変更もあったが)だけど、ぜんぜん駄目だったみたいっすね・・・orz
