A pooch in Chengdu, China is gaining quite a few fans who frequent public transportation in the city. For the past two weeks, the dog which has been nicknamed “Huang Huang” has been appearing at a bus stop and scoping out buses looking for its owner.

For the past two weeks, a dog in China who has been nicknamed “Huang Huang” has been appearing at a bus stop and scoping out buses looking for its owner. The dog literally jumps on board the busses and inspects the seats before getting back off to wait for another public vehicle to come to a stop.

According to a ticket seller, “Huang Huang” arrives at the same bus stop daily at 8 in the morning. It conducts physical checks of each and every bus that pulls up until 6 at night.

Several drivers have reported witnessing the dog with its owner about a month ago. However many people are speculating that “Huang Huang’s” human family may have since abandoned him.

Initially it was believed the dog was looking for food, but when a bus driver offered “Huang Huang” edible goodies, the dog wasn’t interested. Many people have expressed interest in adopting the loyal pooch, but are afraid it may be too soon as the dogs owners might be looking for him.
