Speaking at a 'Battle Of The Ashes' event hosted by D and G Partners at Grange Hotels in London, he tells us that the side that he played for during his first-class career are now 'a force to be reckoned with' and that their strong season in 2013 owes much to Angus Fraser and Richard Scott.

He jokes that it is difficult for him to comment on being at the top of the Championship because during his time at Lord's, he never won the title, although he went on to forge a hugely successful career including captaining England to Ashes success in 2009 and 2011.
