Greek Lamb Burgers Recipe

All you need:
1 lb (500 g) ground lamb
1 small onion, chopped
⅓ cup (75 mL) crumbled feta cheese
3 tbsp (45 mL) CLUB HOUSE GREEK ONE STEP SEASONING
2 tbsp (30 mL) water
4 pita breads with pockets

All you do:
1. Combine all ingredients except pita. Mix well.
2. Shape into 4 patties.
3. Grill, broil or pan fry to desired doneness. Serve in pitas with desired toppings.
Tips:
• Substitute beef, pork, veal or a combination of meats for the lamb.
• Let burgers set about 20 minutes before cooking to allow seasoning to absorb
moisture.
