Beyonce brings the Mrs. Carter show to the 2nd annual Made in America Festival in Philly! Hey BeyHive welcome back to your music news source: ClevverMusic. Mrs. Carter took the stage at Mr. Carter's annual Budweiser Made in America fest this weekend at Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin Parkway. No surprise, Mrs. Carter headlined the first day on August 31, closing the day of performances Saturday night which included deadmau5, Imagine Dragons, and Phoenix. Queen Bey's stellar 90 minute set was similar to her current Mrs. Carter Show world tour with elaborate video packages, costume changes and high energy choreographed dancing. King B started the set with "Run the World", followed by "End of Time" and "If I Were A Boy" and announced to the 50,000 large crowd, "Philly welcome to Made in America! Ya'll are at the Mrs. Carter Show". Indeed. Of course Bey kept the good times rolling she also performed the planned tracks, "Diva", "Naughty Girl", and "Party". The second half of the show included our favorite "Love on Top" and "Crazy in Love" which didn't feature a Jay Z cameo as some might have hoped. But we hear he stood and watched her set from the side, awwwww. Beyoncé closed the first day of the festival with emotional track "Halo" as gold confetti drifted over the inspired crowd. The second day of the fest saw Wiz Khalifa, Macklemore, and Calvin Harris take over the Philly stage. Thanks so much for watching your music news here on ClevverMusic, I'm Misty Kingma see you next time America!
